He was a certified Wim Hof Method instructor from 2016 to 2022, is a Vivation Professional and NASM-certified personal trainer, and has trained more than 3,000 students.

On The Breathwork Channel, Jesse leads Wednesday Night Breathwork and Coherence Saturday, and hosts Decoding Breath, the channel's research review series translating peer-reviewed studies on breathing into clear, mechanism-focused answers.
